Consultation on Proposed Amendments to the Plant Breeders' Rights Act
Earlier this year, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) launched an internet-based public consultation on proposed amendments to the Plant Breeders' Rights Act. A consultation discussion paper was issued available for review on the CFIA Web site at http://www.inspection.gc.ca/english/plaveg/pbrpov/pbrpove.shtml
