On October 1, 2015, AIC and Canadian Science Publishing (CSP) announced that the organizations have reached an agreement for CSP to acquire the Canadian Journal of Plant Science, Canadian Journal of Soil Science, and Canadian Journal of Animal Science. This acquisition is effective immediately with CSP taking over production, management, and subscription sales for the remainder of 2015 and onward. All current subscriptions will be honoured and fulfilled. Canadian Journal of Plant Science, Canadian Journal of Soil Science, and Canadian Journal of Animal Science already existed on a shared platform and there will be no changes to the journal websites.
