To grow much of the food we eat, farmers depend on healthy soil, and science can help us find out how healthy our soil is. Come explore the science of soils in the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum’s Soil Lab, in celebration of 2017 Science Literacy Week. From the biodiversity of the organisms that call soil their home, to the chemistry of the nutrients that plants need, our hands-on programming will introduce you to the Fascinating world beneath your feet.
